We hire people who love doing what they do and always want to improve.
People who are better than us at what they do best.
Evidence that you can do the job. This can be in the form of many years of experience building awesome things. We’d love to see examples of what you’ve built, if you can share it. If you’ve got demonstrable extensive experience in the area, an interview to cover this is unlikely to be necessary. If you’ve only got a few years of experience in this area, we may need to gain some assurance on your technical capabilities.
Security is at the heart of what we do – we want everyone that touches our technology to want to maximise privacy of our users and the security of the whole system. We don’t set requirements of security knowledge as we want a team culture of always learning about more.
We want to see that there’s a fit between you and the rest of the team. The main reason behind our growth so far is the team works well together. This is almost impossible to read from a CV and the interviews will be with the company leadership and the direct team that you’ll be working with.
